Reporting directly to the Associate Director, HR Operations, the HR Shared Services Manager for the APAC region will be the architect and executor of our HR Shared Services strategy, ensuring comprehensive coverage across various time zones. This role will be pivotal in creating a seamless interface for employee and manager support, addressing inquiries through multiple channels including phone, email, HR portal, and more. Collaborating with regional HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and the HR Operations team, you will deliver superior service and foster a culture of excellence, curiosity, and innovation. Your mission will be to balance process efficiency with effectiveness, ensuring compliance and control while delivering accurate, timely, and insightful information with a strong emphasis on customer service. You will drive continuous improvement, preparing our operations to scale in alignment with future growth.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Launching and managing HR Shared Services for the APAC region, including change management and communication.

  • Acting as the primary contact for employee inquiries in the APAC region, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

  • Guiding employees through self-service options and Workday functionalities.

  • Escalating complex issues and overseeing HR operational process support.

  • Developing and maintaining FAQs and resources for employee support.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Collaborating with regional HR Business Partners and the global Knowledge Management team.

  • Identifying and addressing gaps in processes and documentation to enhance service delivery.

  • Managing data changes within Workday and fulfilling reporting requests for regional HRBPs.

  • Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent; substantial relevant experience in HR case management and customer service in the APAC region.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with HR Shared Services or similar roles.

  • Proficiency with HRIS systems like Workday and case management tools like ServiceNow.

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders without compromising on quality or outcomes.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a matrix environment, displaying flexibility, collaboration, and a commitment to deadlines.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.

  • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks effectively and prioritizing workload.

  • Skilled at decomposing complex business requirements into operational solutions.

  • Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred:

  • Multilingual capabilities to cater to a diverse employee base in the APAC region.

  • Project management experience, particularly in implementing business process changes such as time tracking updates in Workday.

  • Certified training in HR practices and change management.
