AEAS is seeking to appoint a Manager, International Education Services. This is a busy and dynamic role responsible for managing AEAS Testing (Examination) Services and Preparation Courses provided to international students.
The role will suit a person with a strong background in school education or related environment. Administration or experience managing processes and systems will also be valued. Some international and domestic travel will be required.
AEAS was established in 1985 and provides a range of services including testing for international school students applying to study in Australian, New Zealand and English medium international schools. The AEAS assessment includes English language proficiency tests (reading comprehension, vocabulary, writing, listening and speaking), mathematical reasoning and general ability tests. The role is responsible for
- recruitment, training and management of Test Venues and Test Administrators worldwide
- quality assurance and management of preparation course partners worldwide
- quality assurance reviews of AEAS student reports
- manage the development and implementation of AEAS test materials
- contributing to the overall promotion and marketing of AEAS services
- other duties as directed
