At AnglicareSA, we're seeking a passionate Manager, Learning & Development (L&D) to join our growing high-performing team. You'll champion our L&D function, partner with stakeholders in Residential Aged Care, and design & deliver impactful learning experiences that empower our people to thrive.

At AnglicareSA, we operate in a highly regulated space, and our diverse teams have unique learning needs. This leadership role is perfect for someone who gets energised by challenges and is ready to to propel our compliance training to the next level.

In this role, you'll:

  • Lead the design and delivery of compliance trainingto improve learning outcomes in Residential Aged Care
  • Become a trusted advisor, collaborating with leaders in Aged Care to identify & address learning needs.
  • Shape the future of L&D by developing & implementing strategic plans & innovative programs.
  • Craft engaging learning journeys, encompassing face-to-face, blended, and eLearning experiences.
  • Be a tech champion, leveraging technology to enhance the learning experience.
  • Become a change navigator, proactively seeking opportunities to support leaders & teams through cultural shifts.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 2-3 years of experience in an L&D management role and a proven track record of success.
  • Holds a Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment.
  • Possesses exceptional leadership skills, inspiring & motivating a team.
  • Has experience developing & delivering contemporary & engaging L&D programs.
  • Excels at building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple priorities effectively.
  • Is vaccinated for COVID-19 and influenza (or willing to obtain)
