About the Role

Are you looking to secure a role where you will be required to effectively lead the delivery of training across the region, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, fostering team excellence through change management, maintaining consistency, and upholding strong governance principles?

This Manager Learning and Development may be the opportunity for you. Reporting to the Deputy Chief Officer (North West Region) this full time, ongoing position will see you lead and assist to shape the delivery of operational training priorities and initiatives across the Region as well as driving agreed State-wide learning.

Regular travel within the Region will be required.

About You:

The person we are looking for will have a strong proven record in leading, motivating and developing teams focused on the delivery of expertise, learning materials and governance requirements. Your demonstrated expertise in influencing, developing and managing key partnerships with internal and external stakeholders will be well refined.

Crucial to your success in this role is your understanding of the complexities associated with the delivery of training and development programs and projects to a large and diverse workforce (employee and volunteer) along with strong knowledge of contemporary training strategy in large scale training delivery within a regionalised service delivery environment.

Naturally, you will be highly organised and adaptable. A relevant tertiary qualification in training, education and/or leadership is highly desirable.
