We're looking for a Manager of Financial and Economic Analysis who is passionate about using data to drive positive change and eager to join our multidisciplinary team.

What do we do? We design, cost and evaluate programs, policies and services in health and aged care. Our work helps governments, insurers, hospitals, and service providers make evidence-based decisions that improve the lives of millions of Australians.
About You
You have a passion for using financial data to tell meaningful stories. You have a keen eye for detail but can also see the big picture. You love working as a team but you also value time/space where you can focus deeply on the task at hand. You have experience managing complex projects and small to medium teams.
You have tertiary qualifications in a finance-related discipline (e.g. accounting, finance, commerce, economics) and are a member of a relevant professional body (i.e. CPA or CA). Relevant postgraduate qualifications are highly desirable as is a well-developed understanding of, and experience, in the development of resourcing, costing, pricing, business cases, and other financial models for programs and/or services preferably in the health, aged care, and disability sectors.
You have at least five years' work experience* as a management accountant, preferably within the health, aged care, and/or disability services sectors. You will also have two or more years’ experience in managing and delivering financial analysis projects. Experience in management consulting is highly desirable.
