This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a manager to lead and manage the movable unit program for Homes Victorian and, Asset Management Branch. The Manager is a key role in collaboration and innovation for the team focused on construction and transferring of relocatable housing units across the state. The role involves the provision of professional advice, management of project staff and maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, customer relationships and, program review and implementation of new practices and programs. A high standard of project co-ordination and customer relations is required to ensure timely delivery of projects, including robust procurement processes, budget, and cash flow management, reporting and risk management.

- Forge strong connections across the department and with external stakeholders, and collaborate on the strategic design and development of departmental objectives that impact state wide or significant localised service delivery to ensure effective, efficient and coordinated services are provided for all clients.
