We are currently seeking an experienced Manager on Duty to join our fast-paced department.
About the Role:
Under the guidance of the Front Office Manager and Director of Rooms, you will be responsible for promoting the continuous creation of excellent customer service and the directing and coordinating of the Front Office operations.
You will ensure an effective flow of communication within the Front Office, as well as all other departments of the hotel. You will represent Senior Management and oversee/assist in day to day operation of the Hotel, problem resolution, ensuring guest comfort, satisfaction and safety.
About You:
The successful candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills whilst working in a busy environment. At least 2 years previous experience in a similar position in a 5-star Hotel and knowledge of software packages; MS Office Applications, Opera, PABX, will be required.
First Aid and RSA Certifications are required.
