We are bright, colourful, stylish and we are looking for our next Full-Time Housekeeping Duty Manager to lead our housekeeping division.Note: This role is offered as a parental leave fixed term until August 2025.Job DescriptionReporting to the Operations Manager, this role leads the housekeeping function of ibis Styles Brisbane Elizabeth St.You will be responsible for:

• Rostering
• Ordering Inventory
• Lost property
• Productivity
• Cleanliness standards of rooms
• Work allocations
• training and onboarding of new team members
• Guest complaints
• Laundry

QualificationsYour team will describe you as caring, competent, organised and maybe a little bit playful. You love working with a diverse team and learning about the cultures and stories of all our Heartists.You will have previous supervisory experience in a hotel housekeeping environment and be an exceptional listener, always willing to find a solution to every problem. You'll enjoy working with the Front Office Duty Managers to ensure exceptional guest service.This role operates across a 24 hour, 7 day working week and you may be required to work weekends and public holidays.Must have full Australian Working Rights - this position is not available to be sponsored.Note: This role is offered as a parental leave fixed term until August 2025.Additional InformationWhy work for Accor?
