Manager Property and Building Services
About the position
The Manager Property and Building Services provides management and leadership across the Property and Buildings Services section of Council. This includes overseeing and managing Council’s commercial property; community and operational buildings; minor works, technical and facilities services; and Property and Building Services.

About you
- Tertiary Qualifications (Degree) in Business or equivalent and/or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage staff, budgets, and resources to achieve agreed targets and timeframes.
- Demonstrated commitment to work, health, safety and risk management principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of applicable legislation, for example, the Local Government Act and the Protection of the Environment Operations Act.
- General Construction Induction Card (White Card) and Class C Driver’s Licence.
- NSW Real Estate Agent licence (desirable).
- Demonstrated experience and/or capability to deliver the Job Specific Key Accountabilities (outlined in the position description).
- Demonstrated Developed Key Capabilities as defined in the Key Capabilities Table (outlined in the position description).
We offer
- Permanent Full-Time, 35 hours per week.
- Salary from $99,228 to $111,486 per year (depending on qualifications, skills and experience) plus 11% superannuation.
