Key Outcomes and Accountabilities   Manage the application of adult learning and organisational learning principles to meet the learning and development needs of QBCC Regulatory staff, through a combination of on-the-job and Academy-led teaching and learning strategies. Manage the development and delivery of core regulatory services training designed to develop a common framework and understanding about how QBCC can achieve regulatory excellence. Use your knowledge and experience in regulatory theory, policy, and practice, and/or adult and organisational learning principles to shape the development of QBCC's regulatory professional capabilities. Manage, direct, and coordinate the QBCC Regulatory Academy team members, defining & documenting team procedures to ensure the best use of resource capacity and skillsets and delivering high quality, accurate and relevant capability uplift to regulatory teams. Establish and maintain excellent interpersonal working relationships with a broad range of internal stakeholders.
