About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Daily management of Retail Services function to ensure a high quality, customer focussed service is delivered across all outlets.
- Monitor, manage and review achievements against allocated budgets, key performance indicators and Queensland Health benchmarks and generate revenue to an agreed budget.
- Provide leadership, training and mentoring to staff to build a motivated team equipped with the capability to deliver a customer focussed service and foster a culture of transparency, innovation and high performance.
- Lead, develop and support team members to ensure customer service standards are effectively communicated and consistently implemented and to ensure that staff are supported in a way that encourages development and achievement.
