We currently have a permanent opportunity for a manager to join our Enterprise Operations team. This role will be accountable for effective management of delinquent portfolio risk, execution against strategy and ensuring customer service levels across NAB Assist business units. The role has enterprise accountability from both a quantitative and qualitative perspective.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of treatment strategy to be executed by the broader business. Ensure there is a comprehensive system of reporting and quality to ensure strategy is delivered as designed and ensure collection strategy is compliant with regulatory guidelines.
- Leading a range of diverse functions with varying complexity of work, ensuring quality and timeliness of work for customers and colleagues, improving risk profile while achieving commercial outcomes.
- Consistently deliver exceptional service to customers which managing brand and reputation risk effectively whilst ensuring commerciality.
What you will bring:
- Advanced and confident communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and customers.
- Proven management abilities and to lead, coach people to achieve successful outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Data driven portfolio management skills.
- Experience as a leader with extensive Collections Strategy background.
- A Tertiary Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or similar.
- Professional experience in banking/finance related disciplines.
