Both Support Units are now working under a Pace model with the CCO executing as a ‘Working With Agile’ team with planning, sprint management and operating rhythms consistent with the Pace way of working.The L&GS Support Unit is focused on ensuring quality legal advice is provided to the Group, executing strong Group Governance, management of the Financial Accountability Regime and operating the Speak Up service.MCA are committed to building trust and pride in the Commonwealth Bank with direct responsibility for end-to-end marketing, branding, stakeholder insights, government relations, communications, and corporate social responsibility.Your Impact:The purpose of this role is to harness the power of Agile delivery methods to lead the execution of core and critical risk management across our Support Units. This approach will ensure that the CCO delivers all required aspects of the Group non-financial risk frameworks to protect customers whilst balancing focus on emerging risks to ensure we are building a Brighter future for all.You will use non-financial risk management skills, stakeholder management, influencing skills, team leadership and commercial acumen as a trusted advisor to improve risk management outcomes.Your Responsibilities:As a Manager in the CCO Line 1 risk team you will support the business with a comprehensive and integrated risk service. You’ll do this by providing risk management advice and undertaking risk management activities, including:Leading a team of two Analysts to deliver core and critical risk management activities including (but not limited to) controls testing, controls execution, business profile management and compliance support.Engage the business with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.Be a trusted risk advisor to business stakeholders by providing considered pragmatic risk advice.Embed and enhance risk knowledge and culture across our business stakeholders.Work closely with our Line 2 Operational Risk and Compliance counterparts to ensure compliance with Group Policies, Standards and regulatory obligations.Embed agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices within the CCO team. Over time, this role will develop toward coordinating the CCO Agile working rhythms and Sprint management on the Jira platform under the guidance of the CCO LT.We're interested in hearing from people who have:Experience managing CBA Non-financial Risk management framework elements including controls testing, controls assessment, control execution, issues, incidents and risk reporting.
