The Manager, School ICT Infrastructure is responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic planning and delivery of critical programs and services that deliver effective operational management and support for the school ICT technical infrastructure environment(s) and associated technologies managed by ICT Services.
The role leads a multi-disciplinary team of Level 3 technical resources and subject matter experts in the support and maintenance of a complex and evolving school administration and curriculum infrastructure environment, where supported, and in emerging technology areas such as AV, VoIP and IoT.
In addition, the Manager, School ICT Infrastructure works closely with, and provides expert advice to the ICT Services Digital Architecture team in the development and maintenance of a standardised and simplified school infrastructure architecture to drive improved performance outcomes for schools, and greater supportability for all ICT Services operations staff.

The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.
