The Opportunity
As a Manager Standards and Monitoring Unit, you will:

  • lead and manage the monitoring of standards of client service delivery,
  • provide advice to senior staff on matters arising from the monitoring of service standards,
  • manage the Unit’s resources in accordance with the Department’s strategy, values and policies,
  • develop programs to inform and champion an understanding of standards to improve the development and Monitoring of client service delivery Standards and reporting processes across the Department, and
  • liaise with staff and external stakeholders to gather and / or communicate information regarding the monitoring of standards.

Qualification Requirements
You must have a Bachelors degree in Social Work, Psychology, or relevant human services area to be eligible for this position. All overseas qualifications must be assessed for Australian equivalency.
