About the role:
An exciting 12-month secondment opportunity has become available as a Team Leader in our Connectnow team. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in the Connectnow business, managing the front-line sales team servicing Connectnow consumers moving home. The role will form an integral part of the ongoing success of the contact centre and to lead teams to our vision by keeping the customer in mind in everything we do.
Connectnow (an AGL owned business) is a moving home service. If you’re moving home - Connectnow helps you find suppliers in your area and arrange services, all at once. Our team lead the industry for delivering outstanding customer experiences and are proud to represent some of Australia’s iconic Real Estate brands. Our contact centre sales team is the at the heart of the business, ensuring we meet and exceed the expectations of our real estate partners and consumers alike.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop a team of high performing, highly professional, motivated, and engaged Customer Sales Representatives
Identify and implement appropriate coaching and training and ensure succession and development planning is in place.
Successfully guide the team through change and evolving change management practices
Be a role model and hold others accountable for demonstrating AGL values.
About you:
Experience in leading teams and inspiring high levels of achievement.
Outstanding communication written and spoken skills, with the ability to communicate on all levels.
Attention to detail with a quality service focus.
Ability to master a fast paced and changing environment.
