- Full-time (1.0 FTE), fixed term contract until 31 December 2025
- Starting Salary: $108,351 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About the Role
Reporting to the Deputy Director: Student Engagement Unit, you will provide strategic advice on the implementation and delivery of consistent student support services, and will lead and support a team of Student Advisers (International) to work with all students across all campuses in a complex, cross-cultural environment and enable positive outcomes. You will work with key stakeholders to aim for continuous improvement by planning, developing, implementing, promoting, and evaluating projects, programs, measuring student support services efficiencies and effectiveness, developing recommendations to deliver an outstanding student experience.

The Student Engagement Unit (SEU) is responsible for the strategic development and delivery of student facing services that will enhance the on-campus and off-campus student experience for all students. The SEU also takes strategic steps to inform the quality of the student experience of learning and teaching, support services, the learning environment, and student facilities.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated research and analytical skills including the provision of advice and recommendations to senior management
- Knowledge of and ability to appropriate, research-based, best practice pedagogy for the development, evaluation and improvement of university-level programs and initiative
- Demonstrated skills in interpreting and applying policies, procedures, and legislative principles in response to the changing environment
- Highly developed organisational, time management and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and collaboratively
- An excellent understanding of issues relating to international students in higher education settings with a demonstrated commitment to keeping abreast of changes in legislation or best practice
