ROLE
We are looking for a customer service and team work oriented, dedicated manager with a can do attitude to be part of our fun-loving Subway team. Previous Subway / Fast Food experience is highly preferred. Reporting to the Area Manager you will play a key role in best practice restaurant operations.
For the appropriate candidate full operations and management training offered. Candidates must be available to work FULL TIME per week, on a roster.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guest service - ensuring highest level of service
- Roster & Staff management - recruiting, training, supervision of all team members.
- Setting pricing based on market competitiveness
- Selecting products and setting menu items based on local demand
- Food Safety based food preparation and compliance - ensuring compliance Subway guidelines and food safety regulations
- Inventory management - determining stock levels, ordering, inspecting stock quality
- Cash Flow Management - Ensuring budgets are completed, completing daily/weekly banking, keeping records, till cash management
- Performance KPIs - Ensuring that the restaurant operates as per the KPIs set for this role.
