We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and established Manager Waste Services to oversee its operational Waste Services. This challenging and rewarding position is crucial for maintaining the city’s cleanliness and environmental standards. As the Waste Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading our efforts in in-house bulky waste collections, street sweeping, and ensuring the urban environment remains pristine.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide your team towards achieving excellence in service delivery. You will also have:
- Relevant post graduate qualification
- A proven track record of achievements and the capacity to thrive within a politically sensitive and complex environment.
- Competency in managing operational tasks effectively and have strategic approaches to problem-solving and innovation in waste management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Hold a Class-C Driver’s License
