The Opportunity: The Manager, Work Package Procurement & Contracts leads the procurement and contracts team to establish and implement processes and systems, ensuring that all goods and services are procured in a timely and compliant manner. To be successful you will have extensive knowledge across Contracts Administration, Procurement and the leadership of high performing teams. Responsibilities:Lead the Procurement and Contracts team to generate and submit Alliance reports as required by the PAAClosely support key stakeholders across the Alliance, to administer the cost planning process, enhance risk management systems and promote opportunities for the Alliance.Professional management of Tender Probity, State Government Procurement Policy, Commercial Governance, auditing and reporting, Business Risk Management.Assist in creating and sustaining a culture to develop and retain a high performing team.Lead the implementation of the Procurement Strategy.Demonstrate leadership in procurement and contract management, compliance, and auditing.Skills and Experience Tertiary Qualification in a relevant disciplineAt least 7 years' experience in a similar role in the Infrastructure, Construction or Energy SectorDemonstrated experience leading high performing Contracts Administration and/or Procurement teams.Extensive exposure in Contracts negotiation, auditing, compliance and risk management
