- Establish and embed Workplace Relations expectations (including Inclusion and Diversity) through contractual obligations in conjunction with Supply/Contractor Management
- Manage all the separation and integration activities for Workplace Relations.
- Develop, deploy, and oversee the delivery of Workplace relations-related compliance/competency training across the contractor workforce.
- Support business conduct case management involving contractors.
- Implement improvement initiatives to mitigate Workplace Relations risk for South32 and contracting partners.
- Assist in the delivery of Workplace Relations activities globally.
- Highly developed understanding of Workplace Relations, legal and regulatory requirements
- Experience working in a large, global multinational company with exposure to global contractor management.
- Ability to interpret and explain complex legal regulations, policies, or procedures to a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Highly developed negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to quickly gain trust and to build lasting mutually beneficial relationships.
- Tertiary qualified with an Australian Practicing Legal Certificate, extensive knowledge and understanding of ER and IR, and high-level skills in interpreting and advising on complex workplace matters.
