AddressWaratah-Wynyard Council have an exciting opportunity available for a Manager Works & Services to support our growing municipality.
Based in Wynyard, the Manager Works & Services will be responsible for the successful operation and service delivery of the Works & Services department ensuring our services provided to the community are aligned with corporate expectations as defined by service levels established by Council.
This is a permanent full-time position working 76 hours over a 9-day fortnight.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tertiary or equivalent qualifications and experience in Project Management, Management, Civil Construction, Engineering or related field.
- Experience in a senior supervisory or management role in a Project Management or Civil Construction environment.
- Demonstrated practical knowledge of best practice civil construction and maintenance operations including plant, labour and materials management.
