Ensure a high standard of service and restaurant operations. The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Demonstrated restaurant management experience in a high-volume a-la-carte restaurant Exceptional service skills and guest focus Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew experience Strong understanding of management and restaurant practices Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods Proven ability in building effective relationships Exemplary organisational and time management skills Exceptional communication and presentation Experience with Deputy or similar time and attendance system Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Requirements: Available and willing to work Thursday to Sunday, opening and closing shifts Victorian RSA Certificate Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain this certification Interested?
