Our team is expanding. We’re looking for a Senior Associate or Manager to join our vast community of solvers.
With a passion for tax and accounting and your positive, can-do attitude, in ourOptimise team, you’ll also use your experience delivering tax, accounting and compliance services to:
Provide trust in the numbers by ensuring accuracy in high-volume transaction processing, end-of-month functions and reconciliations.
Strong accounting and tax knowledge and proven experience
Strong communication skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and the team
Extremely well organised, with good project management skills, a desire to manage your own portfolio of clients and juggle multiple competing priorities
Maintain financial security by adhering to legal requirements and Australian compliance standard to make an impact in different industries
As a Manager/Senior Manager in the Optimise team, the skills and attributes you’ll need to hit the ground running are:
Demonstrable experience delivering tax, accounting and compliance services to your clients (including management accounting, corporate income tax, Fringe Benefits Tax, payroll and indirect taxes)
Strong communication skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and the team
Extremely well organised and a positive, can-do attitude
