The role spans advice and litigation across a range of areas including planning and built heritage; environment and climate change; land acquisition and compensation; major projects and infrastructure and Aboriginal cultural heritage.
Ideal candidates will have 6+ years' PQE with sound technical skills across front end advisory and planning advice as well as disputed matters. Additionally, you will bring demonstrated leadership and management experience to lead a team of approx 5 direct reports. Reporting to an impressive Lead Counsel, you will play a central role in driving and shaping the team long term.
