As a Manufacturing Engineer at Aristocrat, you'll be at the forefront of implementing, developing, and optimising production methodologies. From evaluating existing processes to championing continuous improvement projects, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing product quality, efficiency, and safety. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions from concept to mass production, driving us towards world-class quality levels.
Key responsibilities include:
Deliver on Manufacturing Engineering KPIs in safety, quality, delivery, and cost to drive departmental performance
Develop and modify line layouts for maximum efficiency and safety
Analyse and optimise production processes to achieve world-class quality levels
Champion continuous improvement projects to maximise yield and capacity
Contribute to the design and development of production fixtures to aid in the assembly, handling, and packaging of electronic gaming machines and their components.
Analyse data to identify trends and drive process improvements.
Provide support to address production issues using structured problem-solving techniques.
Collaborate with development engineering teams to evaluate process technologies and suppliers.
What We're Looking For
Hands-on industrial experience in manufacturing and repair processes
Experience with lean manufacturing and operational excellence concepts
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Strong data analysis, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Power BI, and Power App highly desired.
Solid financial and commercial manufacturing acumen.
Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
