- Contract processing for Events Tasmania funding deeds including grant approval processes and coordination of contract reporting requirements;
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders around finance processing, reporting and administration to support contract and grant deed development and execution;
- Provision of executive support to the Director, Events Tasmania, Major Events Group and the PW1 Steering Committee;
- Coordinate the planning and review cycle of Events Tasmania's funding programs;
- Monitor and delegate incoming inquiries and email correspondence to Events Tasmania;
- Coordinate Events Tasmania's website content, and support the development of regular event sector updates and other program, project and communication needs as required; and
- Other duties as required by the Director, Events Tasmania.
