Form of workAbout the position We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Plant Operator working a 7/7 day shift only roster at our production plant in Mt Thorley, NSW. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be supported by a Site Supervisor and an experienced crew of Plant Operators. Core accountabilities include:
- Safe and efficient operation of plant and equipment
- Raw and bulk material handling
- QA/QC monitoring, testing, and reporting
- Compliance in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Regularly carry out workplace

- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive work environment
About you
- Unwavering commitment to safety and efficiency
- Demonstrated written and numeracy skills
- Experience in manufacturing processes
- Understanding of Dangerous
Goods regulations, standards and guidelines desired
- Experience in the explosives industry highly regarded
- Experience in warehousing and stores
- Sound communication skills
