Titan Plant Hire is a privately-owned business that supplies earthmoving equipment for hire to the mining, civil and road construction markets in WA & the NT.
We are seeking the services of an enthusiastic, creative and IT savvy Marketing & Advertising Administratorin our Kwinana head office.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Design brochures in an email format for current equipment available for hire/sale.
- Keep website 100% up to date with all new and old equipment.
- Create full plant listings as required by our clients.
- Manage all company advertising, e.g. internet, radio, tv , banners, including all newspaper advertisements.
- Maintaining current client details for each branch.
- Manage all current web sources of advertising.
- Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate closely with our team to weave social media seamlessly into broader campaigns.
- Stay attuned to the latest trends to keep our messaging fresh and relatable.
- Create and execute content across all social media platforms, website and email marketing campaigns
KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of marketing including current trends and legislative changes.
- Knowledge of direct marketing, digital marketing, advertising and print production processes and associated compliance and branding requirements.
- Ability to craft social media posts and other various written content
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external stakeholders.
SKILLS
- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing and communications including social and digital
- Experience developing and implementing digital and marketing programs including campaigns
- Content generation ability including some basic photography skills
- Strong writing skills, communications skills and strong attention to detail
- Experience in digital and social media strategy and execution
- Ability to use design software such as Adobe and CMS systems such as Word Press
- Skilled at managing competing priorities and projects, while also building strong relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally, at all levels
This role is a part-time position up to 20 hours per week and would suit someone who prefers to work within school hours (9am – 3pm) however this is open to negotiation.

Remuneration based on skills and experience will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
