Mō te tūranga - About the role
As Campaign Analyst, you will have the opportunity work within an agile environment where you will:
- Produce new campaigns in-line with business requirements provided by key stakeholders.
- Manage existing communication programmes and analysis for specific sets of campaigns.
- Ensure high levels of data accuracy in all aspects of your work.
- Be within a culture of continuous improvement – simplifying and improving processes where possible.
- Ensure quality control and data governance processes are followed.
- Participate as a team member positively around team culture and growth.
- Provide guidance and support to peers through code reviews and working collaboratively.

Ōu Pūkenga? - What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- 2+ years SQL/SAS coding experience.
- Analytical capability, with the ability to understand new systems quickly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to consult and influence stakeholders.
- Financial Services experience is preferred but not a requirement.
- Tertiary qualification(s) in Commerce, Business, Marketing, Statistics, or Mathematics is advantageous.
