The role is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of Campaigns to our customers through our Next Best Action (NBA) platform Pega, from pre-analysis and idea generation through to proposition impact assessment and business recommendations on how to optimise across both inbound and outbound activities.The Campaign Analyst will engage and collaborate with their key Business Unit partners to understand the key business problems to be solved and the key business metrics they need to impact business outcomes. They will be able to work with business through the full end-to-end business and campaign analysis process from requirements capturing to problem articulation, campaign design, build and execution, and then delivering results and recommendations back to the business.Your day in the life at Optus
- Build, test and drive campaigns and propositions through PEGA Marketing, including the use of propensity models and test and learn practices to enhance campaign outcomes;
- Translating marketing requirements into Campaign and other analytical tasks;
- Performing data, statistical and customer analysis to understand how campaign interventions, product changes and market dynamics impact the business;
- Consolidating information to present a complete view of customer behaviours, market trends and marketing campaign efficiency;
- Developing recommendations with a clearly articulated, structured argument and delivering the findings back to the business
- Proven campaign Management and / or Analytics experience
- demonstrated ability in Telco/Service industries is desirable
- SQL experience
- Analytics experience in services industry
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Proven ability to use insights to identify the key factors that will transform a customers’ experience to drive advocacy.
