This role, reporting to the Senior Manager of Commercial Services and supporting the CEO, encompasses a wide range of responsibilities from general administrative tasks to being at the forefront of our marketing initiatives across various platforms including social media. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visibility and reputation of the Wilson Medic One brand, crafting compelling presentations for stakeholders, and progressively taking on a comprehensive sales and marketing role to engage with B2G, B2B, and B2C customers.

- Project Management and Supervision: Drive projects to successful outcomes within set timelines.
- Administration and Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, ensure brand consistency, and manage social media presence.

To be considered for this position we are looking for the following;
- Previous experience in a similar role, preparing Customer or Client-facing documents.
- Proven experience and highly capable in using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Proven experience and capability with graphic design programs such as Canva.
- Well organised and able to understand the 'Why' behind every task.
- Experience with social media marketing is essential, with an understanding of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent understanding of technology.
