About the role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant/ Administration Officer on a full-time, fixed-term contract to support the General Manager and WA Leadership Team, based in the Elders Perth office.
As an Executive Assistant/ Administration officer, you will be an integral part of our team, providing crucial support to the leadership team to ensure efficient functioning of the State operations.
Responsibilities
Administration, accounts payable and processing using Dynamics 365
Meeting & event coordination, including catering
Some travel & accommodation bookings
Assist in the coordination and distribution of communication and support to the leadership team
Expense reconciliation and invoice processing
Support WA Network members outside the Perth office
Other administrative tasks as required
About you
Previous experience in an Assistant role, within a corporate environment
Previous exposure to and comfortable dealing with various Leaders and stakeholders
High level of personal integrity and confidentiality
Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Google tools
