Ray White The Woollahra Group is expanding, and to drive and lead our next phase from a Brand, Marketing, and Communications perspective, we are on the lookout for a Marketing Powerhouse. At our core, we love property and deliver exceptional service and value to our clients (investors, tenants, sellers, and buyers) across the eclectic and beautiful core markets of Elizabeth Bay, Potts Point, Woollahra, and Paddington.
For this role, we are looking for a strategic yet hands-on marketer with proven experience in delivering marketing strategies and Brand campaigns that create tangible results, support business growth, and engage the community.
As Ray White - TWG Brand & Marketing Manager you will:
- Create The Woollahra Group Annual Marketing and Brand Communication plan; aligning all marketing initiatives with our business and growth objectives.
- Maintain and increase Market Share: Strategic and tactical marketing initiatives that drive leads and engagement across our core markets.
- Support our Sales Agents by working closely with them to understand their needs and create compelling Collateral and Assets across all mediums.
- Deliver Marketing and Communication strategies that support our Brand, Agents, and each Property we take to market. You ensure ROI and engagement metrics to optimize each market initiative.
- Oversee social media strategy and content creation to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, web analytics, etc.) to optimize strategies and drive business growth.
- Foster Community Engagement: Forge meaningful relationships and connections with our local community, overseeing sponsorship events and community engagement.
- Champion Innovation and optimize our internal Marketing Machine: Streamline internal marketing processes and workflows to support maximum efficiency across property and Brand marketing.
- Create and coordinate internal and external communications, including team updates and market updates and insights.
- Support our sales agents with individual annual marketing plans.
- Manage all third-party vendor relationships and ensure high-quality deliverables within SLAs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape.

Your qualifications/Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of Marketing experience ideally 2+ years in Real Estate Marketing.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or currently undertaking in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and analytics software.
- A breadth of marketing experience across digital, social, print, out of home, and all other communication channels.
- Exceptional relationship management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience creating and delivering annual marketing plans.
- Proven track record of creating and delivering marketing strategies that deliver value, generate leads (not just likes), and meaningful engagement with consumers at all stages of their lifecycle.
- Creative flair with meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in design tools such as Canva & Google Docs.
