About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity where you can play an integral role in supporting the social Marketing and strategic communications for our growing organisation. You’ll be a part of a cross functional team that’s responsible for the full marketing life cycle from ideas to deployment. You will work closely with the business on all aspects of website enhancements, project management and execution of overall marketing strategy. You will be a creative thinker with a can do attitude who can work autonomously in fast paced environment. Your role will be wide-ranging and include:
- Developing and implementing communication strategies to engage stakeholders and customers
- Creating compelling content and messaging
- Managing digital channels to provide necessary insights to the business
- Managing all social media – Facebook and LinkedIn
- Producing content such as articles, newsletters, blogs, campaigns and social media materials to share updates and achievements on external platforms and also internal platforms
- Monitor and analyse metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts and make data-driven adjustments
- Be in full control of all Email Marketing
- SEO/SEM content marketing
- Work towards making improvements on CRM platform (HubSpot) to set up automation to promote new and existing products to generate leads
- Manage maintenance and enhancements of our website
- Creating full end to end targeted digital campaigns
