Job description

Join our team as a Change and Communications Specialist, and you'll be at the heart of driving positive changes at Queensland Country Bank. Reporting directly to the Head of Employee Engagement, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including our internal communication and project management teams, to ensure that change is embraced across the business.

This is a full-time position with a standard 38-hour work week, and you have the flexibility to choose between our Brisbane Administration Office or Townsville Head Office as your work location.

About You

  • Commits to delivering high-quality work within established timelines.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A foundational understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Previous experience in developing and implementing communication plans for change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in roles related to change communication or consulting.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A knack for taking ownership of work quality, meeting deadlines, and delivering results with minimal oversight.
  • Tertiary studies in Communication, Human Resources, Change Management, or a related field.
