AddressTroocoo is excited to partner with Bespoken to find a seasoned Media and Communications Specialist with a talent for strategic storytelling and impactful planning. Bespoken, a top-tier marketing, communications, and community engagement agency, is dedicated to crafting and delivering bespoke strategies and solutions that truly make a difference for their clients.
As a Senior Account Manager at Bespoken, you'll oversee various projects, ongoing retainers, and pro-rata assignments across multiple sectors. Your role involves developing and managing comprehensive Media and Communications plans that align with Bespoken’s clients' goals. You'll draft and pitch compelling stories that capture attention and drive engagement.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in account management, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful client reports.
- Engage in proactive and reactive media management—identifying opportunities, preparing, and pitching stories to keep clients in the spotlight.
- Execute strategic and operational communication plans that align with client visions and enhance public perception.
- Advise clients on emerging issues, supporting their strategic decisions and critical responses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media organizations, community groups, government entities, and other stakeholders.
- A degree in Communications or Journalism (or equivalent qualifications), and 5+ years of experience in Media and Communications.
- Advanced skills in Media and social media, with a well-established network among media outlets.
- Senior experience in developing and producing written materials for diverse audiences.
- High-level presentation, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy through effective communication and record-keeping.
