Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the strategic direction of Marketing and Communications.
- Manage website content, ensuring regular updates, innovation, and competitive edge.
- Collaborate with digital agency for website compliance, SEO, and SEM campaigns.
- Drive digital brand presence through social media, newsletters, and intranet.
- Utilise analytics for reporting trends, strategies, and increasing online engagement.
- Coordinate digital campaigns to drive inquiries and engagement.
- Monitor and report on Marketing and competitor activities.
- Support Marketing Publications Officer with content development.
- Cultivate media relationships and promote school stories for publication.
- Assist with Admissions and Marketing events, surveys, and ticketing systems.
- Coordinate events on behalf of the Principal's Office.
- Provide administrative support and assist in relief reception as needed.
- Capture photos and videos of school events for social media inclusion.
Key Criteria:
- Experience in an educational environment in a communications role or similar.
- 3-5 years' experience in Marketing, Communications or Digital.
- Experience with Synergetic Database, Mailchimp, Survey Monkey, WordPress, Hootsuite and Trybooking and/or Humanitix systems.
- Strong communications skills and ability to liaise with key key stakeholders, such as marketing department, faculty, alumni, parent committees, students and executives.
- Media relations experience.
- Understanding of school enrolment procedures.
- Skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Premiere Pro or equivalent).
