Reporting to the Brand & Communications Lead, the Brand and Communications Co-ordinator will assist the Brand and Communications, and broader Marketing department, to promote the Honda brand and coordinate marketing communication programs to achieve brand communications objectives.

Profile description:
Campaign Development : Support the Brand Comms Lead and Manager develop and deliver campaigns, sponsorships and partnerships to promote the Honda brand and products to enhance awareness, consideration and intention amongst customers (current & future), that bring the Honda brand strategy to life across all channels including traditional, digital & CRM, social media & Honda Centre assets).
Agency Engagement : Work collaboratively creative and media agencies to prioritise and deliver on all aspects of the agreed campaign briefs within time and budget.
Performance Measurement : Support the Brand Comms Lead and Manager to understand marketing goals and KPIs and support in reporting on campaign effectiveness and impact to Brand, including ongoing opportunities for optimisation. Establish and implement regular performance reporting cadence.
Retail Marketing Activity : When required and in partnership with Sales Planning team and Customer Network develop retail marketing strategies to promote offers at the right time and in the right channels to achieve sales targets
Honda Centre Engagement : Build strong working relationship with HC stakeholders. Identify, develop and coordinate opportunities for key HC stakeholder engagement - including but not limited to Marketing Committee Meeting & Newsletter
General : Provide specialist marketing and operational support to the business across various ad hoc activities as they arise and other duties as directed.
Marketing Operations :Assist in coordinating budget inputs and reconciliation.Processing and payment of purchase orders, electronic filing, liaising with suppliers and other duties as directed by the Brand and Communications Lead and Manager from time to time.Ensure accuracy of information throughout the customer and product lifecycle in customer facing channels.Support the overall team operations
Qualification & Expereince required:
· Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or related digital field will be highly regarded
· Minimum two years' marketing and/or campaign management experience.
· Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing campaigns to achieve business outcomes, end to end
· Basic knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
· Basic knowledge of media and marketing technology tools e.g. Salesforce.com, sitecore
· Basic understanding of paid media channels
· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
