About the role
Ngala is seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to contribute to a new and exciting direction for our brand.
Our new Marketing and Communications Coordinator plays a crucial role within the Business Enhancement team, partnering with a range of internal stakeholders on tactical, data-driven ways to improve the reach and conversion of Ngala programs, services and initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing and Business Development Manager, this newly re-defined position will be supported to contribute their expertise to innovate and drive our marketing activities forward.
As a Marketing and Communications Coordinator, your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Develop, implement and optimise social media strategy
- Provide advice and support to service areas on the effective Marketing and promotion of their service offering
- Work in partnership with development teams and proactively maintain website content
- Oversee external and internal communications
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A relevant degree, or have equivalent years of experience in a high-performing marketing environment
- Expertise in digital Marketing and lead generation, content development, social media advertising, copywriting, communications, or any combination of relevant experiences is highly desirable
- A proven track record of producing high-quality plans, content and outputs that are evidence-based, measurable and on budget
If you are successful in this position, you will need to provide a satisfactory National Police Clearance (within the last 6 months).
