The Position
As our Marketing and Communications Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our growth journey, crafting and executing strategies to enhance our brand reach and drive engagement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and elevate our brand in the market.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the creation of content across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
- Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for all initiatives.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and media outlets to meet company targets.
- Maintain our website and optimise performance with various support channels.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and tactics.
- Be accountable for all Marketing and Communications.
- Report directly to directors.
- Be self-managing and coordinate all activities and KPI's.
- Build the brand on a national level using a data-driven approach.
What We Need
- Degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing management roles, with a track record of driving measurable results.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Proven experience with software such as Photoshop, In Design, Canva, WordPress, analytics, Google ads, Facebook and other marketing tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Ability and track record of data-driven marketing initiatives.
