We have the opportunity to partner with a number of clients throughout the Healthcare sector. These positions are 3-6 month temporary assignments, with the potential to extend or become permanent.
Location: Perth CBD, and surrounding suburbs.
Start date: ASAP
Pay rate: Approx $40 - $58ph + Super depending on experience
The role
- Manage the Marketing inbox on a daily basis, answering and/or allocating requests as required.
- Creating and maintaining a calendar of marketing activity including campaigns and events to spread awareness of the brand
- Managing and maintaining marketing budget
- Conduct pre-campaign research in order to identify new trends and evolving consumer preferences
- Craft compelling messages and content that resonate with target audiences at each stage of the journey.
- Assist in coordination of newsletter, website updates, direct and EDM functions as required.
- Assist in coordination of data and reporting for projects and campaigns to measure their effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement
- Select and implement the most effective marketing channels throughout the funnel (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, etc.), based on data insights and audience behavior.
- Recommend and implement optimizations to website, content, campaigns, and the overall marketing strategy for continuous improvement.
The successful candidates must have:
- Excellent ability with Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Experience managing external stakeholders and agency/consultant relationships, including copywriters, designers, printers, advertising and media-buying agencies
- Copywriting and content development experience.
- Demonstrated experience in working with a cross-section of internal stakeholders, managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Experience with maintaining and sharing asset libraries, digital platforms and contents and the uploading and auditing against established parameters or criterial
- Representation of an organisation professionally with external stakeholders.
- High level verbal, written and interpersonal communication and organisational skills.
- Effective time management and organisational skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
