We operate a number of niche websites selling premium airfares, tours and cruises including 'RoundAbout Travel', ‘Flat Beds’, ‘QFlyer’, and ‘Flat Beds Tour + Cruise’. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and are one of Australia's leading independent travel agencies.
Having grown beyond 45 staff, we are now on the look out for a Marketing and Content Coordinator to work with our Head of Marketing as we reach and grow our premium clientele across Australia and NZ. We are hiring a motivated and suitably skilled marketer to join our Adelaide team as a Marketing and Content Coordinator.
The Opportunity
As a Marketing and Content Coordinator you will assist in developing, implementing and monitoring marketing campaigns across all of Complex Travel Group’s brands. You will have a primary focus on our organic communication channels including creation of a lot of amazing travel content and the nurturing of our social media accounts. You will also get to implement new creative material such as YouTube videos and graphics to increase our organic and paid media presence.
Our business thrives on fresh travel content so as part of our marketing team you will be able to travel around the world on multiple overseas work content trips each year - what a perk!
We are a Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm business so you get to keep your nights and weekends to yourself. The role is full time but there is flexibility for the right candidate.

About You
If you have at least 1 or more years prior marketing experience as a marketing coordinator, social media specialist or content producer, then we want to hear from you! Or even if you are in your final year of a related marketing degree with some experience, we'd be happy to review your application.
We love excellent knowledge of marketing methods as well as an understanding of how to manage both paid and organic media marketing campaigns. Demonstrable experience in social media management, copywriting and graphic design are important to be successful in the role, and video editing skills are highly desirable.
Advanced typing skills are a must as well as great verbal and written communication. The ideal candidate would also be tech savvy with skills in updating webpages and managing multiple social media accounts.
