Shiels Group is a growing family-owned Australian jewellery retailer with 54 stores, 7 retail brands and 400+ employees across Australia.
We are looking for a Social Media professional to drive consumer engagement and bring our brand voice to life. With your proven understanding of the digital content landscape, you will plan, coordinate and execute the Social Media and content strategy across our portfolio of brands.

The Role:
Plan and schedule social content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, YouTube) across our portfolio of brands
Full creative development process including concept, copywriting and execution
Create informative and engaging posts, reels and short videos relevant to our customer
Drive growth with an emphasis on engagement, impressions and followers
Lead the Influencer strategy including research, planning and content approval
Work collaboratively on the EDM content strategy
Lead EDM copywriting to ensure tone of voice consistency
Attend campaign photoshoots to capture engaging content
Coordinate all Social Media competitions and other special events
Continuously monitor and adapt to emerging Social Media and industry trends
Monitor, report and analyse metrics to make informed decisions and improvements
About You:
Full of energy, positivity and creative ideas
Have your finger on the pulse for new and upcoming trends
Proven understanding of Social Media platforms and algorithms
Experience managing multiple Social Media accounts
Demonstrated skills in creating and editing reels and short videos
Exceptional communication and copywriting skills
2+ years experience in a similar role
Jewellery experience is an advantage but not essential
