We’re seeking a talented and creative Marketing and Graphic Design Assistant to join our dynamic team at Law Partners.

The Role

As a Marketing and Design Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team and implementing our visual brand identity across various platforms. Your technical design skills, creativity and attention to detail will contribute to enhancing our company's visual presence and communication strategies.

This is a great opportunity for someone with approx. 1-2 years experience in a similar role who is passionate about branding and Design and looking to take that next exciting step in their career.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to understand Design requirements and deliver on the brief.
• Execute on design direction for various Marketing and Design collateral, including brochures, presentations, infographics, internal comms, eDM’s and other corporate design materials.
• Work with senior designer to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Facilitation of monthly corporate photoshoot.
• DAM workflow management.
• Copywriting of staff bios and management of approval process.
• Creation of new landing pages through Wordpress CMS.

About you

You’ll have:

• a tertiary graphic design qualification.
• 1-2 years proven experience in a similar role in a corporate or agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Solid understanding of technical design principles and typography.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and a strong understanding of brand identity. 
• Knowledge of current design trends, techniques, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to liaise with key stakeholders and agency partners. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Experience with html and eDM design is a plus but not essential.
