AddressWorking in a fun and vibrant office in Sydney’s Eastern Suburb of Rushcutters Bay, we are hiring a talented Graphic Design and Marketing Coordinator to aid in creating eye-catching designs and researching new marketing opportunities across two companies.
The Graphic Design & Marketing Coordinator will provide marketing and design assistance through the design of marketing materials in print, digital media, social media, website maintenance, and custom email campaigns as delegated by the Managerial Team.
Your role will involve but is not limited to:
- Assist with creating content and updating Social Media Platforms using Later.
- Maintain and update multiple company websites, uploading new products, projects, and imagery.
- Perform research to source new marketing opportunities using social media and Google Analytics.
- Custom mass email campaigns using Mail Chimp
- Create marketing material for print and digital channels, such as product boards and labels, product packaging, catalogues and more.
- Coordinate with external companies for ongoing projects such as printers, magazine publications and advertisers.
- Event coordination including client showroom visits, EOFY party, client Christmas party and staff parties.
- Attending to customer enquiries via our info basket and social media accounts.
- Monthly presentation designs
What we’re looking for:
- Have a strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe PDF pro) as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Up to date across social media and Marketing trends, with a passion to seek out new opportunities.
- Able to work autonomously and be a team player.
- Able to follow and interpret brand guidelines for multi-output design requirements.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with the professional use of digital and social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Mail Chimp)
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively while handling multiple projects.
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
Not required but amazing if you do have
- Photography and Videography skills
- Interest in the Australian Architectural and Design Community.
- Experience with CMS and basic HTML knowledge.
This is a full-time office-based role. Recent graduates are welcome to apply as well as those with relevant Graphic Design and Marketing qualifications, either obtained through certification or related work experience.
