AddressJellystone Designs is a small but mighty Australian brand bursting to share our range of sensory toys with our customers. We design functional, safe and fun sensory teethers, toys and kids chew pendants.
THE INTENTION OF THIS ROLE
Create and captain the marketing plans for Jellystone Designs working with a variety of platforms and moving between direct to consumer and business to business customers. Drive and implement the storytelling and experience of our products with our consumers both domestically and internationally.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO JELLYSTONE DESIGNS
- A University Degree in marketing or related field and 5+ years of directly related marketing experience
- Empathy towards our target audiences and with an eye always looking for new products and opportunities
- An eagerness to continue to push creative and strategic boundaries
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google AdWords, Meta, Pinterest, Titok and Instagram to execute campaigns effectively
- Experience leading and driving end to end planning and the ability to masterfully juggle the details and the big picture
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Upbeat, can-do approach to tasks while always happy to ask questions
- Detailed oriented and highly organised
- Consistent and reliable
- Strong project management skills
- Mature & level-headed approach
- Happy to roll up your sleeves in hectic periods and pack an order or help with the set up of trade show stands
- Demonstrated experience in creating social media strategies and creating content across multiple social media channels
- Demonstrated experience managing a brand’s social media accounts
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom and adobe suites is preferred and proficiency in Canva is a must
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create detailed marketing and content plans for Jellystone across a variety of platforms and to different audiences - business to business and direct to consumer
- Develop and execute of digital marketing plans
- Produce highly engaging, sophisticated written and visual content including video, multimedia and digital assets
- Coordinate photoshoots, styling and post production
- Social media management and upkeep - Youtube, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram & Tiktok.
- Coordinate email marketing through Klaviyo as well as abandon cart emails through Shopify
- Oversee user generated content
- Reach out to influencers and manage collaborations
- Coordinate product launches
- Update our website with new products and general changes
- Create assets such as flyers and posters for our retailers
- Liaise with our graphic design team in the creation of seasonal arts, catalogues and packaging design
- Work with our team providing collaborative feedback into product development, consumer data and consumer feedback
HOW THE ROLE WORKS
This is a full time role. Our head office is in Peakhurst, Sydney and working with our team face to face is preferred but not essential. For the ideal candidate working remotely full time is an option.
