With our recent launch of a Burleigh Heads office we’re looking to grow our in-house team and are on the hunt for great talent! Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic, diligent Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Burleigh Heads. The role involves a variety of creative and administrative tasks that support both internal marketing initiatives and the delivery of client projects. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a positive attitude, strong written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Craft compelling website content for TradieMate and client websites, enhancing online engagement and better reaching target audiences.
- Client Communication: Act as a contact point for clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Support: Handle a range of administrative and marketing tasks to support our team’s operations.
- Website Maintenance: Upload images and content to websites, assisting our web developers in keeping sites current and effective.
- Social Media Management: Help manage and grow various social media profiles, increasing audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Design Support: Assist our design team by providing ad hoc support to junior design and print preparation tasks.
Skills and Experience:
We’re looking for a marketing generalist with 2+ years marketing experience. We are open to junior applicants looking to step up into the role, provided you have:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive and eager to learn new skills.
- Basic familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) preferred.
- Experience in WordPress or similar website platform preferred.
