Trans Communications is situated in Stafford (Brisbane North) and has a position available for an Office Assistant & Marketing Officer.
Some of your duties will include:
- Secretarial duties, general typing and filing;
- Answering the phone and limited reception duties, including booking in of jobs for the workshop;
- Marketing duties (including website and multi media sites)
- Drawing and designing monthly newsletters;
- Designing brochures;
- Filing and Cleaning
The successful candidate will have to be:
- Punctual, responsible, trustworthy, friendly and be able to work independently and in a team;
- Efficient, eager to learn and have a positive outlook on life;
- Have a typing speed of at least 40wpm;
- Healthy and not require frequent absenteeism.
