Who we are:
We are a high-level virtual support agency for small and medium-sized businesses. Our team support clients from various industries on an ongoing weekly basis with their admin and marketing needs.We are currently seeking a highly organised and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Admin/Social Media Assistant. This casual position offers a flexible hybrid work setup, allowing you to work from both home and our office on the Gold Coast.
Who we are looking for:
- You love working with people and feel confident looking after your own clients (speaking with them over Zoom, phone and email).
- You like variety and like learning new things. The thought of working with many different clients excites you.
- You have excellent attention to detail. You are generally very organised and patient as a person.
- Experience with design software such as Canva, or previous visual/graphic work.
- You take initiative and are proactive in your work style.
- You have a strong understanding of social media trends, with particular expertise in TikTok and Instagram.
- You have access to a home office / quiet space to work from undisturbed (you will be on the phone, in Zoom meetings from time to time).
- You are based on the GOLD COAST and have a permanent work visa (no work and holiday visas, please).
- You have access to a phone, a good computer and high-speed internet.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and assist in various administrative tasks.
- Create and maintain engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Liaise with clients to provide updates and gather feedback through virtual meetings and calls.

- We do not support our clients with sales support (no cold calling required in this role), However, you must be confident to make phone calls as we support some clients with appointment setting, customer service etc.
